Holiday Season Update
During the busy festive period, courier networks across the UK and Europe experience exceptionally high volumes. As a result, deliveries may take a few extra days to arrive.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience — our team and delivery partners are working diligently to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Average delivery times
Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday are usually processed within one business day.

Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
Once processed, your order will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location and local courier capacity during the holiday season.

Placing an order

Go to the product page and click the black “Add to Cart” button.

Check that you have selected the correct product variant (size, colour, etc.).

Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter your full and correct address details — incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays.
On the shipping page you can review your details again before continuing to payment.

After selecting your payment method, click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.
Shipping costs

Initial delivery is free of charge — we cover the shipping costs to your doorstep.

Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping plus a £10 administration fee and a £10 restocking fee per item (as explained in our Return Policy).
Shipping process
To keep prices fair for our customers, Bloom London consolidates orders and ships them in bulk once our minimum dispatch quantity is reached. This allows us to lower costs and reduce unnecessary environmental impact.
